Once more it seems shade is being thrown willy-nilly by the former Sussex royals under the pretense of an official statement.

Ever since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle published their official statement, eagle eyed observers have been going through it with a fine toothed comb in an attempt to find even molecular hints as to the former royal’s true feelings.

In one portion of the statement, Prince Harry and Meghan discuss the ‘private fund’ section of their transition process. The couple further elaborated that unlike “other titled members of the Royal Family” they will not be able to call themselves "royals" anymore.”

This blatant choice of words attempts to take a jab at Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie who are allowed to not only carry out normal jobs but are also allowed to keep their royal titles of ‘princess’.

A royal source spoke to the Mirror, revealing, “It’s pretty clear they are referencing minor royals such as Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.” The source further calls it a ‘dig’ at the princesses.

In conclusion it seems as though the only reason to point out the differences, in such a manner, had to have had only one agenda in mind . That being to throw shade at the 'other' royals and point out how they are being wrongfully treated.
